Customer acknowledges that these services and solutions are only as effective as the information provided and/or included.
Source-to-Contract Process Performance Management
EP-Squared is a SaaS solution specifically supporting in the management and enhancement of the source-to-contract process and complements, but does not replace, the professional sourcing organization.
- Customers will not use Pierpont Holdings’ services and technologies for illegal purposes.
- Customers will only permit users that are employed or contracted to work for them.
- Customers will monitor and manage users to ensure that they are not using the system for illegal activities.
- Customers will not reverse engineer Pierpont Holdings’ technologies nor employ third-parties with the intent to rebuild and/or replace the solution functionality.
